What are your hours?

Our Schedule is Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Our techs need to spend time with their families.

Do you offer towing?

We work with Dave’s Truck and Transport to provide towing to customers in Chester County. In Delaware County, we partner with K&S Towing. Both Dave’s and K&S know where to go when you say “Take me to Tommys Automotive”.

Do you offer loaner vehicles?

We don’t unless it’s an emergency.

Can I wait while my car is being worked on?

No. Your best bet is usually to drop your car off at any point the night before your appointment and leave your keys in the secured key drop. Need a ride after drop-off? If it’s within 5 miles of the shop, we got you just let us know at the time of booking.

Can I pick up my car after hours?

Yes. We will let you know when your vehicle is ready and you can pay your bill via text. Your keys are left in the secured lock box outside with a pin number unique to you.

Do you service all makes and models of vehicles?

We are able to work on almost all makes and models. We will usually decline work on vehicles older than 1990.

Do you accept tips?

The best way to give a tip is to leave us a review.

What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks up to $1000, and Credit Cards. We will send you a link via text to set up secured online payment.
